Before launching games, we invite US gamers to our in-house playtest facility and let them play our games. From observing their playing and hearing their responses, we find out what we should improve in terms of playability and usability. We conduct the same test in different countries to clarify the difference of local gaming needs.

Reactor is our proprietary game launching solution. Players can download the free Reactor tool to download, install, and start all of our games directly. This all-in-one game launcher solution makes it easier for players to access and obtain information about our games without having to visit individual game sites.
